Ripe but fresh. A bit reductive but there's a good dose of tangy citrus. This seriously shows off what we can do in Canada, particularly in Ontario

Concentrated and pure with a powerful nose that dances on the edge of tangy. Cedar and twigs. Smooth, light berry and a long-ish finish. Food super-friendly, and of course we expect anything Canadian to be friendly. Seriously good stuff! 🇨🇦🇨🇦🇨🇦
