Norman Hardie
Ontario County Unfiltered Chardonnay
The 2012 - still just a baby -- last taste is on the third night after opening. Rich, caramel/resin under fresh yellow apple, lemon, with stones and minerals on the lingering finish. Still vibrant after all that time open. Continues to amaze and gratify.
