I love this Gin. The lavender I get from it is amazing as are the other botanicals. Juniper is not as prevalent but I know it has to be there by law.

Vesper martini, cuz we're not that drunk. Nolet's gin (Ketel One) is so key here, please tolerate my diva when I say I just don't drink these without Nolet's. 3 oz. Nolet's gin, 1 oz. Jewel of Russia Ultra vodka (this extravagance can be subbed for decent vodka), 0.5 oz. Lillet Blanc. Shaken, not stirred...the original James Bond martini.

Opened up this puppy from a good friend, what a nice surprise. I didn’t know I was a gin connoisseur until I realized how much I appreciate the aroma and the mouth feel. Hint of rose and stone fruit, barely any juniper, that’s probably why I love it, so soft and smooth on the tongue. I don’t think I want to put any tonic in it. Lol. Thanks Ross!
