2021/3-4. This is typically made as a still wine but due to vintage characteristics was bottled sparkling in 2017. Pretty aromas of red berries and spiced apples, but the palate had a fair bit of funk which I found a little distracting. At first it seemed noisy, but it seemed to subside somewhat over several days, which isn’t typical of mouse, so I’m not totally sure.
