Mingle is a BC VQA Okanagan Valley blend of Chardonnay, Gewurtztraminer, Pinot Gris. Pale yellow. Spice, litchi and floral notes in nose. Stone fruit, citrus and spice, off dry, mild skin astringency on finish. Good aperitif wine, not enough acid for many foods.
