Still quite dark purple color, dark fruits, structured, a fair amount of tannin as well, I purchased it on my friend’s recommendation, but readily admit I don’t know the cepage, though I believe 9 different winemakers each made about 10% of the final blend, thus “Nine Hats.” If anyone knows more details, I’d welcome the education!!
