Solid SJ. Opened after half hour or so with violets, black pepper, game and savory herbs. Elegant and balanced on the palette with precision and focus. Get sum.

All st. Joseph elements in good balance here. Brand new black leather seats on the nose, juicy, bright, not blown out at all, a little bloody, a little mineral laiden. A sommeliers dream for a rack of lamb on the menu. With a nice salinity in the food this is heavenly.
