Bought this bottle while visiting Cam in Sonoma and had a blast comparing Oregon and Sonoma Pinot Noirs from 2008 & 2011.
This 08 still has good acidity, fruit and tannin. Probably could have held on to it a little longer but enjoying it tonight.

2012 Nicholson Ranch. Drank it after dinner on the patio on a summer night with the cicadas chirping in the background and fireflies zooming by. Delicious. Smells and tastes like you’d expect a well done Pinot to smell and taste. Loved it.

Needs a little time to open up in the glass. Nice bouquet and pleasant on the palate with some sophistication to the flavors.

Medium garnet with light violet rim. Nosing some cherries, raspberry and a little 'shroom in the mix. Lively with tannic structure lots of fruity cherry flavor. Should go well with a baby 'bells mushroom and melty jack cheese tart and a chopped salad. Don't applaud. Throw money!
