Wonderful ruby in color with a purple rim.

Fruity nose of blackberries, strawberries, cooked cherries, raspberries, earth, licorice, vanilla, wildflowers, spices, pencil lead, chocolates, smoke, spices, potpourri and peppercorn.

Full bodied with medium plus acidity and long legs.

Fruity and bone dry on the palate with blackberries, strawberries, cranberries, red currants, pomegranates, licorice, oak, vanilla, leather, green vegetables, herbs, chocolates, tobacco, spices and black pepper.

Long finish with firm tannins and black pepper.

This is an enjoyable Napa Cabernet with a nice mouthfeel, but not fully balanced yet.

Complex and interesting by itself as a sipping wine, or with food, like BBQ Meats. It has some earth notes and even less of the green notes.
Needs an hour in a decanter to open up and show some tannins.

Still young and needs 3 years in the bottle. It has nice acidity and enough tannins to carry it to its next stage.

14.5% alcohol by volume.

Popped this last night and needed a good decant. 24 hours later very enjoyable. Paired well with rack of lamb w/cranberry red wine reduction, roasted potatoes, and asparagus.

Ripe, dark fruits. Intense in the nose and chalky, long finish. Another decent value play.
