Cloves and herbs on the palate, but only after opening up after an hour or two. Light, almost like a Pinot, with a nice fruity nose. Blackberries and plums are mainly on display here. You'll get some spice, with the aforementioned cloves and herbs kicking in later. The smoothness makes up for that slightly unfulfilling sensation you'll find yourself with. Definitely not bad, worth buying, but falls short of spectacular.
