Nice. I like how it matured on day 2. Many of our wines don't make it to day 2. :) Seemed a bit less fruit forward. I liked that.

Fantastic Malbec for the reprocessing. Full body with chewy dark fruit and dark chocolate. A hint of cherry cordials takes the long finish.
