Double decanted by Kobari-san and it opened up fully just as the penultimate course of buta kakuni was served. Paired so well w the rich fatty pork and the duck dipping sauce of the soba finale. Beautiful flowery scents of magnolia and lilies lingering even after when the glass had been drained. Clean, precise fruit on the palate. Drank at Honmura An, Roppongi JPY 10,500.
