Light yellow green, excellent clarity. Straw, matchstick (briefly) and cantaloupe notes in nose. Citrus and stone fruit flavors with a hint of apple, melon, lime peel and mineral finish. Fairly crisp, dry but fruity, great with food. Nice varietal character as well. With time, a white floral, almost aldehydic note emerges in the nose.
