Fairly translucent and orangish tint to the color. Smooth but a bit acidic like a sour fruit. Also a very interesting note that reminds me of olive brine; slightly salty, herbal, and sweet. Besides that slight olive sweetness on the finish, it's very dry, fairly high tannins. While I found that olive note unique and interesting, price was a bit steep for the quality.

It's been a minute since I've had a glass in front of me, but I recall really enjoying it! I've bought it a couple times.
