It’s a lot of fun to taste all the different expressions of Pinot Noir. While this one has the hallmark bright cherry you might expect from Pinot, I don’t think you’d confuse it for one of the more famous Pinot growing regions of the world. It’s light on its feet and very bright. Honestly, you could easily confuse this for something from Piedmont with its high acidity and tannic structure.

Herbs and high-toned fruit on the nose for me - bit of young tannin on the palate thickening and otherwise quite light texture with juicy fruit like pomegranate juice. Nicely done and leaning a bit Burgundian in style.
