Dry, medium (+) acidity, medium (+) coarse-grained tannins, medium alcohol, medium body. Succulent. Medium finish. Chewy.
Good to very good quality, more on good side. The acid balances with the alcohol and the fruit concentration. relatively high tannins and acid combined with the fruit indicates it can age for 5 years or so. It’s like poor man’s version of Barolo. Softer. Chewy, a little rustic.
