Reserve Cassata Vineyards Cabernet Sauvignon Blend

Very balanced and juicy. Fill bodied and will pair nicely with a big piece of meat.

Sometimes I forget my mental notes because I drank all the wine. This was one of those times. Enjoyable stuff though!

A big wine but not overpowering. Cedar, chalk, leather and some mint on the nose. Tart cherry and blackberries in the mouth supported by a good amount of tannins. Should get better with time 👍🏻
