Smells like rainwater & sorrel. Plenty of bite and bump in the slightly bitter mouth feel. Fairly soft and easy drinking. Nothing too mineral or strange. Cuts through the richness of a potato leek soup with bacon pretty well. Good Wednesday night wine.
