Alright so I have to confess - I'm addicted to aged CA wines and really NEED HELP (building a bigger cellar..??).
It does fade rather quickly (30min) in the glass showing drying tannins but throw this old lady into a blind tasting of mixed 1980-90's Bordeaux and I bet you there would be more than one guess on a 2nd or 3rd Cru.
