Fairly good deal. Will go with almost anything you eat, and good right out of the bottle. It doesn't have a ton of complexity and is not for your avid wine connoisseur. However, it's easy drinking and a wine that will work well at a party.

Does not have any distinction and too smokey. Cheap definitely not worth the taste buds. Rest of the bottle is going in a stew

A dry, tannic Merlot with very little fruity notes. I'm typically a big fan of tannic wines but I feel like this Merlot overdid itself for a Merlot.
