Flinty nose with silex and gun powder touches, some citrusy and flowery touches along with white pear and white pepper notes, and a tiny flowery impression. The palate shows a rather strong acid drive for a grüner Veltliner, which I like very much! Citrusy and peary notes all along, a tiny sweety spot in the midpalate before a long, flowery, citrusy finish that goes on for ever. A clear improvement over yesterday's effort. Pairing made in heaven with aspargus. 😍
