Wow! Out of this world! Golden raisins, dried plum, mandarin orange peel, candied ginger, sassafras, and loads of acidity.

I'm being tough on this one because I'm pretty sure it pushed me in to legitimate hangover territory. A bit cloying.

1994: Deep red and walnut color. Poured out slow, so the richness was telegraphed. Enough acid to keep you pressing forward.

The color of molasses but the palate still had a ton of acid keeping it balanced.

Controversial. Definitely an off bottle; probably not corked; still enjoyable.

Omg, how is this so brown and still so great?

The color and texture of used motor oil, which reminded me of a PX, intensely sweet but with unbelievable acidity so it finishes on a tart note. A unique and remarkable wine.

Opened by mistake, thought it was one of two ice wines but it's the only TBA, from wgbh set of three. Unbelievable dark amber color with a viscous sheen that sets it apart from any look alikes. Layers of tropical fruits and floral notes peel off insistently but graciously, happy to just keep sniffing all night. On the palate first a burst of sweet acids if there is such a thing and then a lively dancing texture and slowly fading finish. Older Fred Astaire showing off his effortless elegance and style. Remarkably stayed the same over several days and even alin half small bottle over two days. Really too bad this is it and no sharing.

2001 - this is amazing sweet wine - probably drank more of it than I should have and will pay the price tmrw AM. Just couldn’t stop drinking it - so good!

Very sweet, could use more balancing acidity.
