Ales Kristancic is definitely a genius - natural yeasts, quiet fermentation, bottled with no added sulphur - maturing 18 months in French barriques - very balanced, elegant, fresh and complex - a pure pleasure 😃

But the body and structure of this wine are so uniquely powerful that it's quite an experience. Drink this with hearty meats, even steak, and thank me later. Do not attempt to put wimpy food in front of this wine, it will be a slaughter.
