I won the equivalent of lotto if it was paid off in wine instead of cash. I was fortunate enough to sit next to a group of very generous sommelier’s on their day off. For me, one of the most enjoyable experiences when drinking wine is the “ah ha moment” . This bottle was a true revelation. The nose was filled with fruit, florals and freshness . The palate was insane, assaulting your mouth with citrus , orchard fruits and a waxy honey note. Endless acid and a very persistent finish.

Fantastic old school Aussie white. Green fruits, lanolin, acid nerve balanced with waxiness, extremely typical of great Aussie whites.

Very tertiary. If the cork had been awesome the wine would have stood up. But that's the bummer with cork isn't it?

Virgin at this blend. Served super chilled and what and amazing wine. Little bit of mineral on the nose. Good blend of fruit that is very easy to drink.
