Force Celeste Swartland Cinsault

Hard to find the true varietal character in here, sadly.

Such a fun wine from South Africa swartland. Light purple, plumy, tart, with a hint of granite terroir. Will def drinks again. Best when chilled.

New vintage is 🔥. Needs a chill, taste is super tart cherry and red currant.

Rose petal, fragrant + heady aroma spoiled by the Brett/refermenting... Curious though
