Long finish with limes and lemon juice.
This is a very tasty Riesling from Santa Lucia Highlands in California. Elegant and nicely balanced.
This Single Vineyard Riesling will continue to age nicely in the next 7 years. Tangy and interesting, with nice complexity. Crisp and refreshing.
Good by itself as a sipping wine or with food.
A small production of only 193 cases. Organic.

Tastes like Alsace. Has that wonderful palate-renewing, fresh-squeezed citrus type of acid and a mountain spring minerality.

I don't know what to make of this....not like any other Riesling I've had. So floral and reminded me of the Crios Torrentes....need a second pass I think.
