This wine is hot! As in the alcohol is crazy out of control on opening. Yeah you need to decant a Pinot Noir or swirl in the glass for a long time to fire hose this one down. On day two the wine opens up and settles revealing some nice fruit secrets, oak, spice and wonderment, but not sure Rita deserves a gold jeweled crown.
