Light aromas of lime and flint, with generous acid. Medium body, more on the simple side than not. Medium and pleasant finish. 2013. At 12.5%abv and for $15 it's a super quaffer for a summer picnic. Great with cold shellfish.

Light with a abundance of stone fruit (pear and peach). Hints of green apple and shell stone. Guzzle or pare with seafood!

Jul 6th, 2016This is what I would serve at a seafood BBQ. Crisp with lime stone. This bottle went down with ceviche and grilled Bronzino. At a seafood BBQ I would have a case chilled for sure.
