Blend of organic Assyrtiko, Malagousia and Monemvasia.
Surprisingly fresh & light on the nose with some lime juice, kumquat, orange peel, fresh basil, a bit of baking spice and the unmistakable sugar cane aroma.
On the palate this remains very fresh & zippy even if highly aromatic. Starts off on a sweet note to turn bone dry then. Apricot, kumquat, candied orange peel, lemon & lime.
The fist glass is a burst of freshness, the second a touch too sweet, the third works only with food.
Still much better then the same blend from Roussos (heavy & oily)
