Dead of Night Okanagan Valley Syrah Tannat

Mmmm so good! Forgot this was waiting in the cellar! #syrah

Deep ruby colour
Dark fruits and smoke in the nose
Plum, blackberry, Pepper, spices, oak,

Full bodied wine. Initially lighter than expected but opens quite nice on the palate. Heavy tannins. Filled with tastes of plum, chocolate, spice and pepper. Slightly earthy. Tastes a bit young. Will be superb in 5 years
