Frisch aufgemacht unheimlich trocken. Man merkt deutlich, dass kaum Restzucker, dafür 15 % Alkohol drin ist. Das erste Glas ging richtig auf die hintere Zungenpartie und hat mir nicht geschmeckt. Mit gut Luft kam ein typischer Monastrell von ordentlicher Qualität zum Vorschein, der in den Folgetagen besser wurde. Sollte man dekantieren. Für unter 10 Euro ordentlich.
