Nicely done in the style of NZ SB, all gooseberry & grapefruit. Strong fruit but avoids sweetness. My preference is more mineral & chalk, but this is good for the other style.

Drank with Chris and Cara during risotto night. Very big sauce bland. Went well with fennel and pomegranates in salad.

Jun 12th, 2016V15. Beautiful citrus zest, and grapefruit bouquet. Crisp green apple fruit, with limestone like finish. Really good with shellfish. Will probably tone down a bit as is it ages. Unique and enjoyable.
