Weak and went bitter really fast. If it was the only Chambourcin I'd tried, I wouldn't think much of the grape.

Very oaky, very good.

Semi-dry and sweet. Strikes me as more of a dessert wine than something I would pair with pasta as the label on the bottle suggests.
