Ripe cantaloupe and honeydew melon aromas, clean and crisp on the palate but with that "creamy mousse" mouthfeel, tart green apples, minerals. Pleasant, but a little on the sweeter side for my palate at "extra dry".

Good, enjoyable, but not my first choice. At the end of the sip, you get a pear-juice sweet note, which works if you’re doing this before or after dinner in the summer, but not something that works as well with a meal…
