Frizzante Verona Garganega

Different and interesting. Like Chardonnay and champagne had a baby. Not overly dry or too sweet. Finish is very much like a Chardonnay. I paired it with crab cakes and simple oven roasted veggies. A nice break from more traditional whites and we will have more in the future
