Incredible VALUE (I think $5.99 at Trader Joe's0. Spanish from Carinena (NOT Carignan grape). This is a blend of Grenache, Tempranillo & Cabernet Sauvignon). The nose is earthy, smokey, spicy, mushroomy nose with deep black cherry fruit. The mouth is medium-bodied, with peppery spice & a long finish. I LOVE VALUE!

Good wine for dinner. A great nose with a layered bouquet. The wine is ever so slightly a astringent, but some decent berry notes in the background with a hint of cola.
