Good stuff! Stop analyzing and just drink it and enjoy it.

The nose is earthy, smokey, spicy, mushroomy nose with deep black cherry fruit. The mouth is medium-bodied, with peppery spice & a long finish. I LOVE VALUE!

Slight sourness on the nose, with cherries, strawberries, cranberries, pomegranate, oak, vanilla, earth, licorice, forest floor, tar, coffee and black pepper.
Medium plus in body with high acidity and long thin legs.
Tart on the palate with sour cherries, strawberries, unripe plums, cedar, currants, dirt, forest floor and peppercorn.
Medium finish with soft tannins and strawberries.
A Drinkable Spanish red. Much better right out of the bottle, as it died after 45 minutes.
A little unbalanced, but a good food wine. I paired it with Spanish tapas.
As it opens up, it becomes bigger in body with more tannins, but also more tart. This 5 year old needs to be drunk in its youth.
13% alcohol by volume.

Don’t let the fancy wrapper fool you – this wind is nothing special. Tart with a bland aftertaste.
