Interesting. Dry red Sparkler. Aromas of black olives with a touch of Brett. Dark cherry and minerals on the pallet. Totally and pleasantly funky! Lots of fizz! Great texture. Unique. Pairs perfectly with pizza! Thanks Kase. Revisited in May 2022. Dry and refreshing! Revisited again in December 2023. This bottle was a bit bitter on the finish.
