Top notch Sauvignon Blanc for the price point and above. Clean, crisp fresh taste, most likely steel barreled as most New Zealand Sauv Blancs are. Abundant sweetness (proper) in the nose. Easily detectable grapefruit, lemon citrus flavors along with melon. Although acidic, as expected with the varietal, it also has a creamy finish attributed to some time in oak. This was a 2012, but they are all excellent.
