Les Vergelesses Pernand-Vergelesses 1er Cru Pinot Noir

Loving 08s, easy to open and drink for pleasure. This showed great with wonderful acidity that lingered through to the finish. No need to wait on this, but will still be drinking well for another 10+ years.

Made Cassoulet and this went perfect with it. This vintage is drinking wonderfully well.

Venison was great an the wine was a perfect pairing
