Jun 14th, 2014Coenobium 2011. Monastero Supre Costercensi. 45% Trebbiano. 35% Malvasia, 20% Verdicchio. Partial skin masceration for color and texture plus some oxidization giving it a unique palate and aroma. Nice acidity. One for the wine geeks!
