May 17th, 2019Sweeter than expected for a Sauvignon Blanc, taste more like a Chardonnay.
Medium long finish with medium acidity and notes of apple and pears. Beautiful taste when it hits the palette but becomes rather unbalanced in the middle with the lingering acidity and sweetness.

Bah! Too bright and effervescent. Like droppping an alkaselzer in some grape juice. Only slightly acceptable if you let it get closer to room temperature. Bah says I!
