Burgundzkie chardonnay. Dobrze zrównoważone, jabłka, biały pieprz i odrobina masełka. Jednak nad tym wszystkim dominuje mineralność - metaliczna, ale bardzo gładka i przyjemna. Struktura ponadprzeciętnie mocna. Dość długi, pieprzowy finisz.
