Really like sparkling wines, I had in the fridge to celebrate the new year a Lambrusco Grasparossa Di Castalvetro, but at the last moment my wife told me "we have to toast with a white sparkling wine, it's better for the universe...", so I looked for this Champagne, not disappointed in absolut, excellent blend of three grapes varieties Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier & Chardonnay, we pair it with strawberries, blueberries and table grapes. Second time having this type and still enjoy the green apple, mild citrus and medium finish. Nice celebration wine.
