Starts off kinda rough. Tannic and overly dry. Allow to breathe, and it opens up beautifully. Lucious flavour, well balanced, very delightful. Looking forward to my next bottle.

Pairs perfectly with dark chocolate. Super well balanced 14.9% alcohol seem more like 13%. Bravo to Mission Inés Wines.
