Napa Cab in its most inviting form. The color on this wine is medium ruby with a pink rim. The aromas are special: ripe black cherry, oak, and a bouquet of roses. The nose follows the pallet with added hints of vanilla; it is rich, silky with well integrated tannings and a hefty finish. Just gotta love Napa Cab! And see prior notes too...

Seven year old Napa Cab in its most inviting form. Big fruit bomb initially, transitions to vanilla, then oak and lastly an earthy savoriness; the tannings are very round. Extremely enjoyable, and you can’t beat the food pairing: USDA Prime New York steak.
