Great Prosecco with greenish color, with exotic fruits and apples in taste and velvetisch aftertaste.

Crisp DOCG Prosecco from Valdobbiadene. The granddaddy of the region. Plenty or pear and apricot with a mild tart Apple finish. Pass on the "teal blue label" Prosecco and pay the extra few dollars for a Valdobbiadene wine. You won't regret it.

The Grand Dame of all Proseccos is the Valdobbiadene. Only the finest grapes from this very small region find DOCG Superiore. Apricot, green apple and pear with a floral finish. Let chill but not refrigerator cold. You won't taste the fruit if it's too cold.

Clear pale lemon wine.

The nose is clean with medium (+) intensity of honeysuckle, green apple, melon and peach.

The palate is slightly off dry with high acid, low alcohol, a smooth cream mosses, medium body and pronounced flavour intensity with is the same as the nose but there is more distinct citrus flavour on the palate. The finish is long and complex.

A very good wine.
