Looks, probably made like a natural wine. Slightly cloudy, crazy light red -- until you hear the story of how it's made. Skin contact pinot gris. Sheep in wolf's clothing. Smol funk, teasings of aromatic whites here and there, interesting tannins. Breathing brings out a little more savourinezs
