Delicious, velvety, full-bodied and extremely fruity wine by Torres. Crowd pleaser, but who cares?;)
Decanting required (minimum 30 mins).
Colour is deep dark garnet with violet shades. Overwhelming aromas of black currant, ripe black cherry, dark plums, blackberry and vanilla with smoky hints. Palate is juicy: dewberry, ripe cherry and prunes, earthy notes as well. Very long, pleasant, juicy finish, having some sweet tartness at the very end.
Perfectly matched with chebureks stuffed with mutton and coriander.
Although shortage of tannins (maturation in french and american oaks!) considered as serious issue. Minus 1 point for that.

Silky, heavy with light tannins. Heavy fruit, definitely holds its ground with any meal
