Traditional graphite, beef blood, and leather present accompanied by moss/wet earth. Tannins milder than others, lend the medium plus body a velvet texture and finish

This is Cabernet Sauvignon from Chile from old vines. Dark ruby color. Bright bright black fruit at opening; after an hour aeration, chocolate and oak notes. Big sweet blackberry notes on the pallet with hints of vanilla with finishing notes of dry earthy black tea, smokey even. Strong tannings with a composed finish. Robust wine, bold, strong and complex. A proper cab!

Needs about an hour to breath, medium bodied, fairly balanced and smooth, medium finish, though aroma is on the soft side.
